Cape Town Flying Club recently teamed up with Smile 904 FM’s Breakfast team to grant a Cape Town couple who has never had the opportunity to go on a honeymoon or fly in an aircraft their wish.
The Inverdoorn Private Game Reserve agreed to join in on the campaign and sponsored a two night all inclusive stay at their luxury Private Game Reserve near Ceres.
Cape Town Flying Club’s corporate sponsor Wingfield Motors Kuilsriver supplied us with a JAC Motors T6 Double Cab bakkie to transfer the lucky couple to and from Cape Town International Airport.
The Club supplied a Beechcraft Bonanza for the flight to and from Inverdoorn as well as a welcome breakfast with sparkling wine to settle the nerves of the first-time flyers.
Smile 904 FM’s Breakfast team presenters, Bobby Brown and Lindy Lehto joined us at the Club to see off Derek and Gail as they departed on their epic honeymoon.
